Our Rates are based on many factors including weather, season, course conditions and demand. Most of the time, our online rate is the cheapest rate you can get and even better than paying in person. So use our online booking page to check our daily rate, availability and most importantly, to book your round as we can not change rates on our Point-of-Sale system to match online rates.

Starting January 1, 2021 there will be an additional charge of $12 per 18 holes or $6 per 9 holes for single rider requests.

For insurance and safety purposes, we do NOT allow NON GOLFERS on the course. NO SPECTATORS/RIDE-ALONG!

Due to a few customer on customer confrontations, along with an increase of customer complaints about other players playing music too loud, the owners of Pine Hills have decided to ban open air speakers on the golf course and practice areas.

We highly recommend making a tee time regardless of the time of year!!

Course Policies

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required at all times. Tank tops, halters and cut-offs are not permitted. Shirts with collars preferred.

Alcoholic Beverages/Coolers

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the golf course. Management reserves the right to limit the quantity purchased and consumed on the premises.

Personal coolers are not permitted.

Non-Golfer Policy

Non-golfers are not permitted on the golf course. All players must have a green fee ticket and a set of clubs.

Spikeless Policy

Metal, ceramic and lug spikes are not permitted. Spikes can be converted to conforming spikes for the cost of a set of spikes and labor.

Tee Time/Outing Cancellation

24-hour notice is required for times of 8 or fewer players. Outings or groups of more than 8 require 48 hours cancellation. An outing catered by Pine Hills must be cancelled within 72 hours.

Inclement Weather Cancellations

If Pine Hills closes due to inclement weather, e-mails will be sent to all tee time holders with emails on file. Information on closings or delays can be obtained on our website or by calling the pro shop at (330) 225-4477. For current weather conditions and radar, click here.

Outing Deposits

Outings of certain size may require a deposit. Terms and conditions can be discussed with the pro shop at the time the outing is booked and confirmed. For more information on Outings, please click here.

USGA-GHIN Service

Pine Hills offers the USGA GHIN handicap service. Posting of scores from NE Ohio can be done on the internet from March 15th through November 30th. Scores from the southern part of the US may be posted year round. Cost for the USGA-GHIN Service, which includes daily revisions, is $45.00 per person per calendar year, not purchase date. Juniors under the age of 18 before May 31st of that calendar year may use the handicap service for FREE! Contact the pro shop directly starting in early January to register for this service.
