Tee Time Policy

Hours of Operation -  App. April 1 - December 1

Monday - Friday - 7:00 a.m. - Sundown
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays - 6:00 a.m. - Sundown

Rain Check Policy

Rain checks will be issued on a pro-rata basis - schedule is available in pro shop - and have no expiration date.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required at all times. Tank tops, halters and cut-offs are not permitted.

Alcoholic Beverages/Coolers

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the golf course. Management reserves the right to limit the quantity purchased and consumed on the premises.

Personal coolers are not permitted.

Spikeless Policy

Metal, ceramic and lug spikes are not permitted. Spikes can be converted to conforming spikes for the cost of a set of spikes and labor.

Tee Time/Outing Cancellation

24-hour notice is required for times of 8 or fewer players. Outings or groups of more than 8 require 48 hours cancellation. An outing catered by Pine Hills must be cancelled in 72 hours.

Inclement Weather Cancellations

If Pine Hills closes due to inclement weather, e-mails will be sent to all tee time holders with emails on file. Information on closings or delays can be obtained on our website or by calling the pro shop at 330-225-4477.

Outing Deposits

Outings of certain size may require a deposit. Terms and conditions can be discussed with the pro shop at the time the outing is booked and confirmed.
