Golf Course Information
Pine Hills has consistently been named as one of the THE
places to play in northern Ohio. It is the only 4 and a half star
rated course (as rated by players voting in Golf Digest) in the
area and has been reviewed favorably in all local publications.
The Plain Dealer again featured it in the "Elite 18" and featured
our 18th hole as one of the top holes in the area.
Pappy Paddock designed the course in 1957 to be a beautiful
and challenging layout for all levels of golfers - but don't
take
the yardage lightly. The course plays much longer than the
scorecard indicates due to its watered, bentgrass fairways,
elevated greens and undulating terrain. The Pro would
suggest an extra club to approach the bentgrass greens on
any given day!
Due to its terrain and difficulty, pace of play is
closely monitored for the enjoyment of all our customers.
Yardage is marked on cartpaths, sides of fairways, all sprinkler
heads and with 150 yard posts in the center of fairways to help
players move through the course. Player assistance personnel will
be happy to help with
problems experienced on the course.

Pro Tip of the
MONTH:
Gain 10 yards in 14 days!
Slide off the couch and
lay on the floor
with your arms straight out to your sides.
Next, draw
your heels up toward your butt and place your right
ankle on
your left knee. Roll over to the left putting that
right foot
flat on
the floor. Count to 30 - then do it on the other
side.
Flexibility is the
key. This will loosen up your hips and lower back
allowing you to
hit it ten yeards further after doing it for two weeks.
For another tip
on how to get more distance, email us
(steve@golfpinehills.net) with the word
"distance"
as the subject
and we will send
you the drill.
Steve
By the way -
how are those grips???
This is the time of year
to get them
replaced. Don't wait till summer!! We regrip
every day and will
have your clubs back to you before
you know it!
